Cancellation of Pranic Healing Appointments

 

Please be advised that cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment via either Fresha Online Booking, direct message from the Suffolk Pranic Healing website, text or phone call to 07823 324564, will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service rate.  

​

Appointment no shows (where failure to give any prior notice occurs) will be subject to a 100% charge of service rate.

Please note that the cancellation policy applies to those booking appointments to redeem vouchers. Any cancellation charge due will be deducted from the value of the voucher.

If Suffolk Pranic Healing cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
